Refund Policy

All time worked is not refundable as the fee has been earned.  Any unused advance payments made for work and time that has not been completed may be refunded.

We are happy to make revisions to documents.  We do not charge for our error corrections, such as a spelling error.  We do charge for changes based on new information, and requested revisions, based on the time it takes us to make the requested changes.

Please note we are unable to provide refunds for any documents that have been provided.

We are unable to refund any notary fees once we have traveled to your location and we are unable to refund any notarized signatures.

If you need to cancel a notarization, you must cancel within 48 hours or you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. All cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full fee.
